Payment Plans: Payments are done on a quarterly basis. Each payment should be done before registration to each quarter. Non-payment will result in hold of your registration account and students will not be able to access their courses and institutional accounts.

Discounts: Some countries are eligible for tuition discounts based on their economic status. This is done to help international students from less fortunate countries to pursue their careers, develop their skills and advance their profession. Contact the bursars’ office for more details.

Scholarships: Scholarships are available for qualified students. Contact the admissions office for more details.

Bursars: Bursar is a British word that identifies the person who manages the financial affairs of the institute. This department is responsible for managing all financing including tuition payments and payrolls. They collect and follow up tuition and fees from students, establish payment methods and payment plans. Note that there is special discounted tuition for certain countries. This is done to help less fortunate outstanding students and provide them with more opportunities. Scholarship is also available for top ranking students. Contact the admission department for more information about tuition, fees, discounts, and scholarship.

Tuition and Fees: Tuition varies according to desired certificate, diploma, and degree. It also varies according to program of interest. Another important factor is the applicant’s status, as we try to help students from less fortunate and developing countries. The admission form asks the applicant several questions that help us determine the appropriate tuition and fees such as citizenship, residency, and place of birth. If the applicant was admitted, an enrollment agreement will be sent to the applicant within the admission package and the tuition will appear on the enrollment agreement.

Gary International Institute try to keep it simple and affordable. Tuition shown below is a general guide but not final. Tuition must be paid at the beginning of each semester.

Tuition per semester = $995 for Business Administration program

2-year Diploma Tuition = $3,980 or Business Administration program

You can pay for your tuition with one of the following ways:

  2. Credit cards accepted are visa, master card, American Express, and discount.

  4. Western Union

Other methods of payment we might consider in the future are Amazon Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Stripe, Square, Visa Checkout, ACE Portal, ACE mobile app, Climb Credit, Sallie Mae, Tuition Flex, and Flywire. Please let us know what your favorite method of payments is.
